It starts with a vision and a sketch..
When you first reach out to us for initial consultation we can establish what product(s) you are looking for us to produce. We will request inspirations you have found, perhaps a sketch you've made, or you can use our design services to help narrow it down. Most interior designers we work with will have references and sketches. At this phase we can list out aspired dimensions, materials, and finishes to take to our engineering team to quote out how much the build will cost, production timeline, and how sound the build is if it has any weak points we can resolve.

Quote Presentation
After initial consultation our team will go over all information provided to generate a quote for you. We will protect integrity of your vision and go over what the best options are for your custom furniture. If its simple and straightforward we can present our quote and get right into production! But if it takes a little adjustments to the design or materials desired, we will present you with the options as well as a quote for each option for secondary consultation.

In our quote we will have various details from dimensions/finishes to shipping/installment. We work with various high quality and durable finishes and materials. Once quote is approved and deposit is received we will also provide you with the shop drawings if need be.
Production Phase
During our production phase, we will begin crafting your furniture piece. Throughout the process, we will keep you updated on its progress. Once completed, your item will undergo a final quality control, along with multiple inspections at various stages to ensure the highest quality. You are also welcome to book an appointment to visit our shop and and see your finished masterpiece before it ships out!
Each piece is handmade with artisan quality; due to the high demand our custom work, there may be a waitlist for our production list. Average timelines can range from 6 to 10 weeks, depending on the details and complexity of the design or the number products.
Unveiling your masterpiece
Once your custom furnishing is complete, it will be shipped out and our professional white glove team will take care of the installation, ensuring that every detail aligns with our stringent quality standards from beginning to end.
